How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders in 1–3 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 8–17 business days, so most orders arrive about 2–4 weeks after you order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Where do orders ship from?
Barkave Pets is an online-only store based in Jacksonville, Florida. Your order ships directly from our supplier partners' warehouses. Most items ship from international warehouses and some from a US warehouse.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can find the steps on our Track Your Order page.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Items in the same order sometimes ship separately from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will be glad to update or cancel it.

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Products & sizing
How do I choose the right size for a harness or collar?
Measure your dog with a soft tape measure: around the widest part of the chest for a harness, and around the neck for a collar. Compare your measurements with the sizes on the product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us and we will help you choose.
Are your products safe for my dog?
Please choose the size and style suited to your dog's weight and strength, check gear regularly for wear, and supervise your pet when using new products.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If you changed your mind, you pay return shipping. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. What do I do?
We are sorry about that. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
