Returns and refunds
We want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days after delivery.
Return window and condition
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included parts. This 30-day return policy applies to all products in our store.
How to request a return
Email barkavenue1@outlook.com or call +1 (386) 314-6888 with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions, including the return address. Please wait for our instructions before mailing an item, as items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. In most of these cases you do not need to send the item back; if we do need it returned, we provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. Shipping on all orders is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund or deduct.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, contact us and we will help with a replacement or a full refund.
